Try Vinyl or Laminate floors which are economical and easy to install and maintain. Ceramic too is good in terms of cost, variety, ease of cleaning, installation, durability and resistance to humidity and moisture.

Marble or granite would look amazing but it could be a little expensive in terms of material as well as installation.
